The wedding craftravaganza begins!

Now that we're out of our house in Emeryville, it's all wedding, all the time. We rushed to get our marriage license, did a walk-through of the venue and got ready for the rehearsal dinner. In the mean time, Eric took charge for the craft iron and got going on the silver clouds. For those of you who haven't had the opportunity to check out the Andy Warhol museum in Pittsburgh, the silver cloud room is an installation piece that's basically, well, a room of silver clouds.

Just in case you want to make your own silver clouds, here's how:
-buy some rolls of mylar and a craft iron
-fold a large section, we used about a 3'x5' section in half and iron all the way around, leaving a hole so you can pump them up
-rent a helium tank and fill the balloons with a mixture of air and helium until they're neutrally buoyant
-seal up the opening and turn on the fans!
